      Oh, the idea that Marlboro was around in 1885? That's a bit of a stretch. The evidence points to a brand called "Marlborough," not Marlboro specifically. Plus, Marlboro didn't hit the scene until 1924. So, it's safe to say that the Marlboro of 1885 is more of a historical hiccup than a reality.
