Retextures NCR vest, Pants, Coat to look like the desert ranger from fallout new vegas

Required NCR Riot vest and LML
the coat replaces Duster coat in the tailors only one color replaced see screenshot,
Pants replace ranch pants at general store only one color see screenshot,
vest retextures wrangler vest need NCR Riot vest for it to work.
Must have lml installed. Drag files into your lml/stream folder. if you want the no bracer version drag those loose files in your lml/stream folder instead.
