Arthur's collar temporary fix
Small fix for Arthur's clipping. Because of both characters use the same models but different modifiers, changing the vest model will lead to clipping with jackets. This fix simply removes the collar from opened Union shirt when you use it with vest and coat/jacket

NCR RANGER RIOT GEAR
This mod turn Wrangler Vest into iconic NCR Ranger armor.
It is compatible with almost all jackets and coats, and works well with shirts
In the future, I plan to add a duster and ranger gloves
Installation:
just put the contents of the archive in the lml folder
Compatibility:
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. It's just a brand new clothing model
