i wanted to ask, why when i open files in open iv they have weird letters and numbers and not normal text, like they are encrypted.. do you know how can I read them or decrypt them?
I'm tryna find a way to upscale mud/dirt textures so there arent shitty low quality textures over the beautiful, amazing and gorgeous upscaled textures :D
