I had a pirated version of this game and this mod worked, but now since I decided to buy the game and mod it, it doesn't work anymore, that goes for a few other mods too. I guess the updates broke this.
In my case this mod gives the FFFFF bug frequently in game, even reproducably so, during the "Valentine" stage of the benchmark. I went through some testing and it is definitely this mod. This is sad, because this is a much needed mod.
Pod Damage Overhaul has a setting that achieves the very same thing without the issues, however I decided not to use it for reasons. But maybe you can have a look at what's different in their approach?
I don't know if this helps any. I really like your mod and appreciate your work and that you share it with the community. Cheers!
It shows basically the same behavior, some objects not being fetched by scripthook (the players hat prominently) and the FFFFF bug soonish during gameplay or during the Valentine stage of the benchmark. Using this scripthook works partly (some objects still not fetched):
Hey. I'd like to report a bug or just spread awareness about the issue. Recently, I encountered a weird bug which partly disabled some functions of the mods PDO and Enhanced Brawling whilst inside Saint Denis or other towns (To exemplify, PDO no longer had Dying States, thus reverting the damage system back to vanilla; Enhanced Brawling's subdue, kicks, dragging NPCs were not being activated when pressed the assigned keybind). Outside towns, everything worked as intended with all the mods. A strange issue indeed.
After wrapping my head around this for some days and asking around, I've finally found the solution: removing this mod. Why? I do not know. However, it seems that there is a slight incompatibility between this mod and towns (?) when also paired with either PDO and / or Enhanced Brawling. I do know that PDO also includes an option for disabling the glow of items, however I'm not sure why Enhanced Brawling might have been an issue.
I do not know why this removing this mod was the solution for me or if removing this mod might help others with this problem. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the mod author and to any other people that might be encountering this issue.
the bug is scripthook, you can even see mods such as rampage trainer not working correctly, the issue is the most recent scripthook doesn’t Return the correct pool information, these pools are all the entities in memory, my mod isn’t the only effected by this, you can tell it’s happening by opening the rampage trainer and looking at the entity pools using the world category
you’ll see that it just randomly shows 0s when it shouldn’t be
I see. Hope scripthook is resolved in the near future. I've used this mod for a long time and I truly had no idea that the scriphook bug would impact this mod, PDO and Enhanced on such a big scale.

Legit game, heavily modded.
For me the game crashed everysingle time when taking the coach from Blackwater to Saint Denis.

However this one doesn't work for many of the other mods. So it probably has something to do with scripthook.
