    off topic but this happens to me WITHOUT the mod installed? Lol i've been looking for the opposite effect type of mod for a long time, is there another mod that does this?

    How do I uninstall this mod? Even if removed from the game root directory, the mod effect will remain.

      It does not work for me. Using Scripthook V2, every other mod works fine but as soon as I activate this one I get the crash on reload/checkpoint issue even with the 4/30 update.

      guess it's a problem with v2 then. i'm using AB's and it works fine

    Damn it, I thought this mod was causing the crashing issue, and not the Scripthook V2, which now shows that the author didn't even fixed it as he claimed it! But no, I'm still having crashes whenever I load a save or restart from checkpoint. This is resolved by changing back to AB Scripthook. What a shame.

      I'm using Scripthook v2 and every other mod I have installed works fine. There might be an incompatibility between those two.

    first time i used  the second one  then i replaced the first one, but it still happen with second ,dont know why,please

    Great mod but im interested more in the second file since i dont like my guns teleporting in my back when i get off the horse so the second file works really good but there is a issue even though i keep my weapon in my hand it stays in the saddle now please friend if you got time please fix it

      I asked the same thing. I get the feeling that the creator really doesn't like this version though so I'm not holding my breath lol.

      Guns not visable on arthur teleporting onto back when you get off the horse is a vanilla feature / present without this mod. 
      Indeed, it is annoying. :/ 


      I have bIg notepad full of annoying, inconsistent, lacking, or badly done features in this game. It makes me feel slightly better to write it down, like im pretending its ganna get fixed. But it wont, because modding(/)this game is an absaloute mess ><. 
      Makes me feel like a bug tester for unreleased game with some of the things i have to write. >_>

      Individual audio sliders for: Hoofsteps, horse noises, dog noises, chatter, footsteps, gunshots, explosions, agressive wildlife noises, waterfall,
      Very explicit content blocker options: no dismemberment, no drawn-out npc deaths, no shotguns/effects, no highly disturbing language, no rape refernces. 
      Arthur and horse controls, buttons make thing happen instead of requiring a locked-on target. 
      Option: Ui, no icons blinking dammit 
      Option: No sneak zoom in 
      Esc means pause NOW not put away binoculars, and works in shops/menus. (even dedicated pause button fails)
      Fix console focus-interact bullshit // weap wheel controls, inv mouse over items, 
      Binoculars mouse sensativity scales down/up with zoom 
      Npcs generally/can have preporsionate reaction to mean comment, being near them esp in town, etc
      mask + eat... Arthur pulls/hold his mask down for a sec to shove thing in his mouth. 
      Full subtitles, Subtitle direction indicator, Full captions, Sound direction indicators, (no longer need radar to see where gunshots coming from), Waypoint marker visual without radar (ie skyrim compass?)
      UI has icons that differentiate between select-thing and into-a-submenu. 
      Wasd controls for inventory screen. 
      Unlock remapping of all controls to whatever with only notification if there is overlap,, seperate controls for multiple things that are different (instantly lasso npc (then hogtie OR horsemount) / take 1 min to tackle and hogtie npc (then another 2 min to cut free, back away, re-lassoo, then mount horse))
      Option: Minimap no rotate/stays north
      Pause time while in shop 
      Pearson, Gunsmith, Stables, General store, etc,, shUt UP. / Less freq comments / Limit using same voiceline to once per visit/day. 
      Fix broken option- NO map gps trail. 
      omg make it a toggle to 'view' zoom in menus. 
      Less blinding light and blanked darkness...? I feel quite blind in this game. 
      Equiping lantern in one hand does not drop the one-handed game being carried imn the other hand. 
      MM hold story to select load game
      Option: Text list inv items or something
      No event force take away/move camera control (ie. lost drunk in val) maybe have on-screen !' thing. 
      No lassoo lock-on, no lassoo autoaim. option. 
      Able to lassoo and drag/pull-in all dead animals (+big on horseback)(like out of water), pelt decrease after too much drag. 
      Equipt weapon and bullet physics... broken af. 
      Undo force no punch npcs (drunkguy val, windows, strangers), etc [because inconsistent af.]
      Rightclick at enemy does NOT draw gun instead of focus, there is already buttons for that so DONT go changing it randomly 
      Option: No combat/expl screenshake, No alcahol effects, No low core screensway, No load-in camera sway zoom-out. 
      No force camera while off on saddle 
      Can grab-on/climb-in/hichike on wagons (until noticed) 
      Npc 'dont run me over' range much smaller ffs 
      less / much less, random walking wildlife attacks 
      tab pulls LAST USED weapon/item not just revolver because there is already a button for exactly that
      world events also active when viewed with binoc? (so npc isnt standing there all day then does quick small event and leaves when you finally approach)
      Save slot order consistency dammit 
      Option: CALM it with the blinding godrays 
      Esc does back from clean/view gun menu
      Option: binculars/lassoo/sniper toggle not hold
      Dedicated draw binoculars button
      More realistic voice carry distance dammit 
      ^binoculars let you hear closer lol 
      Dog not approach when im on horse (dead dog dammit not again)
      Option: press run to toggle between jog/walk, hold to run. [+more types]
      No gang members forcefeilds, i'll run/slam into them if i want lol 
      Animals togther spawn in a spread instead in single point (no hydra)
      More event points and less trigger chance so its not so increadibly gamey and predicatable. 
      Controls menu has search function, better categories, scroll means scroll page, 
      No two q menus for gun and npc, when gun is close to npc its pickup is tied to the npc // OR no also gun pickup in npc menu. 
      Pickup gun button is not tab as that is ALREADY a button IN USE. have more specific method IF you choose to pickup enemys shitty weapon -.-
      ^^ DITTO FOR HAT
      Player steps over bodies (water anim) instead of kicking through them. / bodies weigh more, realistic. 
      R=pickup R=drop HoldR=put on horse, Instead of R=drop/put on horse (dependant on finicky positioning)
      Player dont sling small/med animal over shoulder (getting it bloody) like snake until carrying for min time- 
      When equip gun from horse, do NOT put back onto horse UNless i unequip,, (also solves guns teleporting onto you when you get off horse. 
      Gun menu ammo changer arrows stay in same place not moves if name is shorter/longer-! 
      * No accidental combat / lethal (IE. Rrr= pickup injured man to doctor, R=kick injured man dead)
      Option to- Never auto cock gun / Always auto-cock gun. 
      Dont teleport guns from back to hands (ie, quickdraw out rifle?)
      Animal bloodpool to animal size, frog doesnt bleed as much as deer... 
      Add large animal/cow skin animation 
      Fix aligator eyes
      Kicking pelt doesnt one star it / No attack-targeting dead animal... 
      dear npcs, we're in town, im not following you! 
      Camp Donate items - shopping basket style (Instead of taking 3 seconds to confirm EVery SINGLE item)
      Option to disable item gained and honor notifications dammit (the lil' cowboy picture popups)
      ^ also need to fix honor system if possible. 
      Donate money by selected incriments of 1,10,50,100,1000 INSTEAD of only singles! 
      No camp upgrade cinematic. 
      Focus/look at animal from horse to see Name & Quality, and can focus on dead person to see label (ie, stranger/bandit) 
      See animal qual while scoped-in and using deadeye.? 
      Show the dead animal qual on focus before pickup dammit 
      Animals dont purposely run infront of your horse (pretty sure thats actually a thing!)
      Save pearson from the constant teleporting to his table (cheshire cat style, lol)
      Arthur changes cloths to jammies in sleep/unsleep video thing (No sleep in all cloths & guns on back lol) 
      1st person running diagonal or to side audio out bug 
      Option to turn off idle auto cinematic mode dammit 
      Dismount side controls horse relative AS WELL 
      Corpses dont 'sway in water' in mud 
      Food inv, sort buttons- by amount big/small fill, core fill type. 
      Fix - in a city or town the weapons will be removed anytime you get off the horse /no auto unequip weapons on dismount 
      Graphics setting for thicker grass, grass render distance, ped render/spawn(?) distance, less 2d-looking plants, 

      :: HORSE SECTION:: 
      Dear my-horse/npc-horse standing in way of carriage, MOVE. 
      Lower horse fear expression intensity, lol. 
      No force walk into stables,, No auto out stable/no run over npc when out stable 
      Remove horse speed limit in towns & camp & bridges & force-stop/control at bandit ambush -.- 
      More matching brown/red hair colors for them horses, there is far too few. 
      horse, no cliff rediculous looking 180 turn 
      properly view the buy horses, not hidden in stall
      Horses inside ears furry. 
      Horses ankles furry, not clay/bald. 
      Horse textures seam fix (especially when dirty), obvious giant-pixels/blobby fix (resolution). *of just pc's horses.  
      No tree forcefeild while on horse at max bond/such (so doesnt 'evade' trees that werent in the way, just to slam directly into another tree.)
      Horse stay/follow button are metually exclusive to its current follow status, no need for seperate buttons? 
      ? Horses are more anxious when still, slightly relieving when moving, but more anxious by sprinting. 
      Fuzzy horse noses (exc arabians), and horses LOTS or SOME whiskers. 
      Some breeds have chestnuts (like elbow pads)
      Optino: RDR1 skilled/buttonpresses horse ride function. w-w 
      More sane horse following (Dont run infront, dont velcro/smash into me constantly, dont stand still on road/traintracks) 
      **can brush horse while riding, itemwheel brush, so wtf is the brush button for?? 
      Ur horses follow each other unless you tell it to stay (No more loosing a horse 5 miles back because it would rather stand in a swamp for no reason than follow u&otherhorse home.?)
      Study your horse = has short condition overview button, no longer need to go through pause menus to see if your horse is well fed or scared etc
      Enemy/Npc horses react like tame horses (when not scared off), not wild horses (can be rope-led, brushed, etc) 

      From the makers of a game with 'extensive attention to detail'.... 
      I swear this game was made by 2 dev teams, one dedicated to detail and amazingness, and one dedicated to the opposite of that/ruining the other one. >_> ??

      That's... quite the extensive list. I didn't read the whole thing, but most of what I read seemed for the most part valid. However, why change the adult content in the game? I understand gore, vulgar language, and rape can be very sensitive topics for people, but if it is then maybe just don't play M rated games lmfao. In fact I think the game is just a little too soft, I think RDR1 handled the maturity a lot better. Murder, assault, and brutality as a whole is a terrible thing, but I don't think that the game needs a censorship feature. It would require reworking some of the combat features and removing story lines of dialogue. And the brutality in both games, for the most part, accurately depict what went on in that time. Outlaws weren't good people.

      I spent like 3 hours or more writing a comprehensive modding guide for u here, and then the page reloaded for no reason and deleted it all. 
      I am not happy about that. :/

    Hi, thank you very much for the mod! Been looking for something like this.

    One request though, if at all possible. Would a hybrid version of the two variants work? 
    So, you keep the weapon thats on the horse holster on the horse holster after dismounting, but when you have a weapon in hand or on your own shoulder/back while dismounting, its on your person?

    The reason is, I don't like the teleporting weapons, but with the always holster version, you lose the weapon in hand after dismounting sadly

    I hope my request is clear, anyways thank you for your latest mods, have a coupe of them installed :)
