(Optional Folder has a lite version incase you dont have a powerhouse of a computer)
You will need Vulkan version of RDR2 and Reshade ( This is reshade whh i needed https://reshade.me )
Drag and drop the "SplinterzVibrantVisal" File to your directory or custom preset folder and select it from the top of your reshade folder.
