Seeing as you play John's body-double during the Epilogue, it makes sense.
That aside, a fair amount of time has passed since Morgan's death, by the time you play as John. I could imagine Bounty Hunters possibly having a line, or two where they recognize John, but not Sheriffs. They stay in one place for too long, deal with quite a bit of s#*! on a daily basis, new criminals and bounties popping up over the years. With the Van Der Linde gang being disbanded for nearly a decade, I would not be too shocked if they focused on the problems in front of them, rather than big timers of old, who are presumed dead, or otherwise long gone.
You're welcome man, yeah I included the TAUNT_GEN_DUTCH_GANG lines in the same category as the "Move up on em" lines so the sheriffs will say it quite often during combat. And I'm pretty sure the Pinkertons already have those lines by default, so I didn't need to include it. I remember when I was roaming around Blackwater as Arthur without any mods, they shouted something about Van Der Linde and called Morgan by his name. Unless R* removed it in one of the updates, they should be already saying it.
Sadly, the taunt gen arthur and dutches gang for pinkertons are not there. Is it ok if you add them since I actually love the pinkertons taunting arthur and dutch
Yeah I'll take a look at it and add them if needed. To be completely honest I made this mod in like an hour and didn't test it much, the testing process is kinda annoying because you have to restart the game every time you edit something. But now that the foundation is made, it's gonna be easier to just update the mod with more lines.

Nah it's quicker if I test it. I'm writing down all the lines that aren't there and I'm gonna investigate why these peds aren't saying it. Then if I manage to find a solution I'll update the mod, whenever I have free time. Probably tomorrow evening.
Okay I just booted up the game and spawned Freeman in to see if he has the lines. And yes, he does. TAUNT_GEN_ARTHUR is one of his lines, LOL. So I don't know why he's not saying during free roam. The conditions check if the player is Arthur and if the ped is a sheriff, so in theory it should be triggering. But all in all, it seems to be a condition problem and that'll be easy to fix once I take a look at his ped stats and rework the trigger conditions. You can expect the update to come out tomorrow, probably at the same time this mod got uploaded.
Will Blackwater police cheif, saint denis police cheif and all the pinkertons have the TAUNT_GEN_ARTUR, DUTCH, and ITS_ARTHUR and ITS_DUTCHS GANG tommorow?
They will mate. For now, I'm gonna put my PC aside, go to bed and have my daily 6 hours of sleep. Then, I'll start working on the update at 12am after class, and release it at 2 or 3pm if everything goes well. Click on the tracking button to get notified when I upload a new file.
Thanks man, I just uploaded a new version that should add the missing dialogue for Freeman, the Pinkertons and the rest of the NPCs that weren't saying it. I quickly tested it with Freeman and he was saying the "TAUNT_GEN_MORGAN" lines, also I changed the condition to check if the ped simply has the line, being a sheriff isn't a requirement anymore. In theory it should work flawlessly now, please test it and report back.
Glad to hear it man, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and my account got locked down, but it's alright. About the TAUNT_GEN_DUTCHS_GANG, I added it in the same category as the "Move In" lines, so lawmen will always say it during combat. If you aren't hearing it you probably haven't played enough.
Actually scrap that, I thought you were talking about the "ITS_DUTCHS_GANG" lines that I already added. I tried to add the "TAUNT_GEN_DUTCHS_GANG" lines before but the peds weren't saying it no matter what. So I assume the line is bugged somehow. But all the other dialogue is working as it should.
Maybe that specific speech has a maximum amount of variations, so if you add a new one it won't work unless you replace an existing one, which sounds like what you did. But good job anyway, at this pace you'll be releasing your own mod in no time.
If they're labeled as TAUNT_GEN_ARTHUR, ITS_ARTHUR or something, then yeah. Tried to look it up on OpenIV and didn't find the Sheriff Freeman lines, so idk.
No mate, that one is an asi script and only affects the player. This restores dialogue for sheriff peds. It's also the only mod that edits law.meta and ambient.meta so there's no conflicts with other mods.
