If your language is in game - u just make translation by analogy to other translations. Usually its specific file, like lang.dat or strings.gxt2. U can open it by notepad. If your language is not in game, u need special created mod for it. Actually i am not specific in this case. As example - Ukrainian language is not in game, so some people making mod to add it. I just use unfinished version.
So I can't help in this case cuz its out of my skills. I haven't any idea how ppl makes mods which can add language to game. I believe tht 1st u will need to find the way how to add your language font to the game by some mod. U can try to ask any other modder who adds such thing. I think there are ppl who wants or do same as u wish. U can try ask / try to find them on nexus mods discord, ukr language translation page etc. U can even try to check same thing in other games modding (like a skyrim as example) perhaps u will can find something or someone there.
The problem that there is so many people that hate my country, it will be hard to find someone who will help me because i need to say what is my language😭
