i think replacing awc file does not chage gunshot sound from npc's. they'are still vanilla. very intersting how even changed sound file and they still remember vanilla sounds.
They have separate audio from the player so it is possible to do so but there are over 1400 files to go through and it can be hard to distinguish them.
