Overhauls the audio for Every Shotgun in the game

-Overhauls all shotguns shoot, reload, and rack audio
-credit to bsg for the base of most sounds
-Leave any suggestions in the comments.
-currently does include some npc noises but i haven't found all of them but in a future update i will finish them.
-same goes for deadeye audio
-shell casing audio will be added
-Will do vanilla volume version asap, next update for sure
