      I've never used Rampage, but I believe the installation is the same to any other ReShade preset.

      you cant install reshade presets with a rdr2 trainer.

      This preset is free. The only shader that allows for partial Ray Tracing implementation is Pascal Gilcher's. It is not my
      property, and I can't do nothing about it. If you want to have RT lighting effects through Reshade, the only option is to purchase the shader on Patreon. It's beyond my control.
