This is just a Zavala Machete reskin, but that would actually be nice to have if it didn't replace wide-blade knife, one of the nicest looking knives in the game. Wouldn't it be preferable to replace either Jawbone Knife or Ornate Dagger instead? Although they both are relatively harder to obtain, they aren't as aesthetically pleasing, and won't be missed if it means getting a new machete in their place..
