      This was caused by a mistake from Rockstar Games themselves, they double applied two different voicelines configurations  that cancelled each other out

    Hey, I like this mod but it makes me wonder if the macfarlane ranch people are broken as well or just mutes if they are broken can you fix them please, Im talking about the women they don't talk at all.

      Some peds have it on purpose, but by my testing it all works so not my problem.

      Basically, a few patches ago Rockstar managed to break all of the dialogue that comes from the Blackwater lawmen when they are arresting you, causing them to be completely silent (this wasn't an issue with police chief Dunbar though). This mod fixes that issue

      Regular blackwater law men had broken dialogue meaning they were completly silent.
