I aim to make this game harder and a little realistic with this mod, it is pretty challenging, so unless you are not a big lover of gameplay and a challenge, maybe don't use, but it does provide more fun for the game.

Changes
-Health change for players, peds and some animals
-Health recovery has been decreased
-Increased the amount of time to swim, but decreased the recovery of stamina
-John can swim now (I may have forgotten this)
:In case this makes you really mad for some reason, open pedhealth.meta and search for "STAMINA_JOHN" and then under that entry, find           "<ImmediateStaminaDecreaseInWater value="false" />", set false to true.
-Altered recovery in situations like covering or running away
-Altered stamina for Horses
-Some animals like bear, deer, and some others have had some health alterations
-Enemies ranging from easiest to hardest difficulties have had a difficulty increase, bumping up their "lethality" a bit
-Altered health for law men

Anymod with the file pedhealth.meta will conflict, for example: Crime and Law Rebalance and HealthStamina

-This mod is my subjective taste, so if it is too challenging, I probably won't change it for you, unless I'm feeling really nice

Drag the Fettle folder into your lml folder, if this is too hard for you... it shouldn't.
