haven't done for a long time. I did use the EQUUS mod at one point but some textures looked horrible with it. But I do run my game at 4k, wich could be one reason it looks more crisp :))
goodness this is such a beautiful breed!!! im especially fond of the v4 dapple bay!! but i cant get it to replace the horse i want it to replace - the sooty buckskin dutch warmblood. it has no issue with replacing other horses and coats, please would you know why it doesn't work with the sooty buckskin dutch warmblood? i want it in my game so badly
hmmm, super strange.. Have you made sure the ymt is named correctly? like this: a_c_horse_dutchwarmblood_sootybuckskin.ymt And there are no other mods installed that replaces this horse’s texture?wich would be p_c_horse_01_h_merge_23/23+hi.ytd
I WAS A FOOL!!! i spent days trying to figure out what was wrong but turns out the file was named a_c_horse_dutchwarmblood_sootybucksin.ymt HAHAHAHAA THANK U FOR POINTING THAT OUT!!!! goshhhh T_T

I don't have many it was just the lenny mod and rampage trainer. I also have one of Dhu's Simple horses, but it just replaces the starter horse with a mule so I don't know if that's the problem
if a mane is gone it’s likely something to do with the version of core mods. This horse uses an online mane, wich could be why it’s not showing if a file is outdated, like the version.dll etc
None of your mods seem to be working for me, and I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. I have downloaded all of the necessary files for it to work but it still doesn't. I do have EQUUS installed so maybe that could be it?
Maybe you've installed the mods wrong? The Equus mod is only changing the texture quality of the mipmaps and shouldn't interfere with my mods in any way. The ytd's and ymt file goes into: your game directory /lml/ stream.
Well I already had all of the necessary files downloaded other than better horses, so it must be that. Thanks for your help and for making such a great mod!
