      yes it is but it does not have the brown color.

      So from the pictures I sent, the hair from JMRP has better physics. Very minor detail but noticeable during cutscenes.

      It is infact different. The hair in this mod is the Del Lobo NPC Ped hair. Meanwhile JMRP uses John's Beta / NPC Hair. The difference between the two ; Del Lobo NPC Hair has no physics (doesn't respond to wind, movement, certain weathers etc). Meanwhile the hair from JMRP has proper physics and was actually meant to be used for the player. 

      Edit : There's also another mod which (as far as I know) replaces the right parted length 7 hairstyle with the  beta John / NPC John hair. So in reality, this mod serves no real purpose imo
