A Fix for NVIDIA users who's game reverts graphics settings back to default upon game restart.
!! MOD IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED!! - Might work for older versions still.

If you are running graphics settings above the VRAM limit set your system.xml to read only, just to be safe.
Note: from my testing i have found that DX12 Still reverts settings under certain circumstances...Use VULKAN for custom configs.
