    i wish there was a mod that finished the blackwater plaza bc playing epilogue and just having it unfinished annoys me.

      DickHertz made it. It's  in the package of PNA1907 in the unofficial update on the server exclusive mods on Discord. But it is a Rampage Trainer load and a Blackwater.asi script. Unfortunately I stopped using it, because all of these Rampage autoload maps cause crashes when loading a save.
      But you can still try it if you want to see how the plaza and the gazebo looks finished.

      theres a mod that adds something similar to that, but you cant port any files from rdr1 since its not on pc
