I decided to come back to let you know that I ended up going with your mod (I previously stated having trouble choosing between your mod and Complete Horse Overhaul) as well as to primarily thank you once again for the hard work you've done with these absolutely beautiful coats and models. I especially love that the Tennessee Walker no longer has a noodle neck. Now my primary issue is choosing which making up my mind about which horse I want to use in my current playthrough and that's definitely not something I would complain about. lol
One detail that I really appreciate is how you've added shoes to some of the horses since I've heard people mention how riding a horse in Saint Denis sounds different depending on whether or not your horse has shoes or not so that's a detail I'm looking forward to experiencing for myself. It still kind of boggles my mind that Rockstar didn't give us the ability to add shoes to our horses at the stables since I would love to be able to apply shoes to some of my wild-caught or illegally obtained horses.
One question I wanted to ask is if Rockstar ever adds some of the online only coats to single player then do you think you might update this mod for those coats as well? I highly doubt they'll ever do that but I was curious nonetheless.
Thank you so much! (I also hated the noodle neck on the TW a lot) To answer to your question, yes, I would absolutely update this mod if that ever happens!
I'm having what I think is a bug with unsaddled or secondary horses. Usually the game displays commands for 'Follow' and 'Stay' once the unsaddled horse is at level 1 bonding level, but when I have this mod installed these commands disappear. It only displays the 'Flee' (and 'Calm' if the horse is agitated). It happens with all the bonding levels I've tried and with the mod uninstalled these commands reappear. I have a ton of mods installed so it could be a conflict, but it'd be easy to reproduce if you wanted to test, as all you'd have to do is break and bond with a single horse (or remove your saddle).
I managed to get it working after some more troubleshooting and it wasn't your mod after all! Thanks so much for the reply tho, it was another mod that I hadn't uninstalled properly and I jumped the gun in assuming it was yours because, you know, horses.
Amazing mod. I would love to know how you managed to change the horse voices on the draft horses to make them deeper. I would love to apply it to different breeds when doing retextures on certain horses.
This is an amazing mod and I'll admit that I'm having trouble choosing between this one and Complete Horse Overhaul since I love different aspects of both. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work. The horses are beautiful.
By realistic you actually mean bigger than the vanilla one? Because it is already quite realistic in size. The Arabian is a short horse, and it stays short in this mod too.
I'm really excited to try this at last! The best part of the game for me is exploring and finding horses, and your overhauls make this all-new again! Thank you for sharing what must be an absolute ton of work. You do an amazing job!
Oh, I'm very happy you like the experience of finding horses! I absolutely love it too, that's why I enjoyed making this overhaul so much, even though yes, it was a ton of work! Thank you! 💜
I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the Silver Dapple Pinto MFT doesn't look silver or dapple anymore, sadly. It's now more like overo actually.

Love the mod otherwise, great work!
I had just tamed this horse and is currently level 1 bonding, it works just fine on my end (tried with version 1.0.2).
What other mods have you installed?
from the description.
