    Hey Toast, it's me again. Sorry to bother in this but i can't edit metapeds.ymt without the file being corrupted, can you explain a little better how exactly i have to do? And after that, where i put the file? I really apologise if this is a dumb question, i don't do this a lot. Thanks for you time.

      You open metapeds.ymt, find the characters that need Metaped edits, for the ones that naturally spawn I’ll tell you.

      sheriff of valentine:

      go into metapeds and search for Cs_valsheriff and change meta_base_valsheriff to meta_base_male, if there’s still issues find U_m_m_valsheriff and copy the entire entry, paste it over cs_valsheriff then change only the name back to cs_valsheriff

      with Creolecaptain I know he has issues if you don’t paste the whole entry so find u_m_m_creolecaptain_01, copy the entire entry and paste it over cs_creolecaptain and again change only the name back to cs_creolecaptain

    I use this mod and it makes the game very good I like the way the nuns and the other NPCs walk around :)
    will you make a new update 
    It is possible to make the giant appear on that mountain where you hear that voice.Thank you for the mod and for bringing a different immersion to the game

    The game freezes indefinitely whenever Javier's robbery mission pops up in the minimap in camp. I found the root cause to be "Hosea.asi" as removing it appears to solve the issue. I do not know how it might affect the rest of the game though, but I would rather miss out on "Hosea.asi"'s function for now than having to crash every time Javier's robbery mission pops up, which is almost every time that it practically becomes unplayable.

    I hope you can figure out what's wrong with that and fix it. Awesome mod either way.

    Where exactly should the nuns spawn? I merged ambientpedmodelsets.meta with cowgirls, ambient gang and project na. The new alligators spawn for me so i guess i merged it right.

      Hey,how often they do spawn?Miners and alligators and other stuff from the mod are there but nuns do not spawn what ive tried to look for them several times.And this is the only mod in my lml that has ped ambientpedmodelsets.meta.

      likely because i have nuns spawning with their own modelset name and it's a scenario ymt so they appear less frequently, next update ill try adding them among other people

      I've been trying to figure out how to merge the ambientmodelsets.meta of this mod with ambient gang and cowgirls like the OP did, but I haven't been able to do it. Since OMillet got the game to launch when he merged them I was hoping he'd be able to tell me how to do it. I already merged the metapeds.ymt successfully with your guide, so that's the last thing.

      well you take whatever i added and put it into the other mods ambientpedmodelsets but the issuse with that is i don't remember everything i added (which is why i didn't make a guide like metapeds) and the modelset is going to change in the next update.

      I've been using Notepad++'s compare function to find the additions/changes. I'm having a bit of trouble all of a sudden though, yesterday after I merged the metaped file I launched the game with no issue, and even found obese peds and cowgirl peds (Couldn't find Miner Children, Prostitutes, Nuns, or Striped/Albino gator though). Played for 5 hours straight with no issue. 

      Then, when I tried to boot it up again today the game doesn't get past the loading screen, no matter what I do. The mod will not launch anymore with cowgirls or ambient gang installed. Any ideas on what could be causing the crash? I have no other mods (Besides Online Unlocker) installed right now

      Checked the bugs section, the asset file seems to be the cause of the crash on loading screen. However, the game seems to be buggy after it's deletion.

      EDIT: Game isn't buggy, that was just me seeing thing. Still can't find miners or nuns unfortunately, at least where I checked (Annessburg Mines and the un-enterable Saint Denis church) .  Only Obese people are spawning from your mod, can't figure out why.

      Do you have a planned release date for the update? Or is it still TBD? And do you think you'll be able to make a merge guide by then? 

      I like your mod, but I also like Ambient Gang (And Cowgirls). If It comes down to it I'd probably end up choosing yours since it has so much content, but it'd be a shame.

      I tried to merge the file myself but the game crashes. I double checked with the XML Validator, and it says it's valid, so I'm unsure what the issue is. Anyone else have any luck?

    Can we get a file with just the cut peds and nothing else?

      can you be more specific? do you mean just the cut peds as in Eliza, Giant, Andreas Colon and others, like the ones with no metapeds entries or anything? or those and the cut versions of peds like the original versions of the Creole Captain, William (Herbalist) and Sheriff Malloy?

      in either case just use the metapeds entries i supplied with the merging instructions (as in use them in whatever metapeds your already using if you have one) along with the Addon_Peds folder and for original versions of existing characters use their new metapeds entries as well (in merging instructions file) and move their respective YMT files to addon peds then delete everything else except strings and assets_toast and of course the Addon_Peds folder.

      in the end you'd only have the addon peds folder, a metapeds file with the new/overwritten entries, a strings file and a custom assets file left (also install.xml which is needed for s#*! to be loaded by LML) this should give you what you want as i understand it

      i love this mod but is there any possibility of a merge with 1907 macfarlanes ranch by redemptify because it contains a file called persistentcharecters.meta which is also in this mod

    Sorry to be a bother I have a quick question regarding the metapeds file.
    I have a couple of other mods that use metapeds:

    - Extended John Marston Aiming Animations
    - NPC Makeover Project
    - Toasts Ped Pack
    - Cowgirls Revisoned

    I'm very confused about how should I go managing them, as they are all very different from each other.
    If someone could help me with some instructions as to what to delete or whatever Id be very grateful

      I have merging instructions in the mod but you can’t use all those files together at once

      but yeah. Merging instructions for metaprds is in the mod files

    Love everything about the mod but i'm looking to revert all changes made to William. Can I just delete the ymt, ydd, and ytd for the herbalist or do I also need to remove the entry from the metapeds.ymt?

      If you remove the entry from metapeds he won’t spawn at all, you’d delete the ymt, YDD and ytd but you’d need to change the expressionset in his metapeds entry, I don’t remember what it is so try looking at a vanilla metaprds or one that’d have a vanilla entry for him
