This is my guide on how to create custom textures for horses in RDR2
What the guide covers
This guide covers all steps in creating custom horses textures in a series to three videos
Part One: Covers extracting textures from OpenIV.
Part Two: Covers editing and creating custom textures in Gimp
Part Three: Covers converting textures back to .ytd format

Note: You only need to download the included file if RDR2 Texture toolkit doesn't work correctly. See Part 3 for more details on this.Reminder: I'm happy to answer questions if someone doesn't understand a step in the process or needs further information, but first please try to troubleshoot the problem yourself by rewatching the videos and reading the comments section of this page. I will not answer questions that have already been asked and answered. In time I will make a FAQ and pin the topic to make finding answers to questions easier.
