download 3750 first, its the smallest poolsize and should reserve the least amount of vram, if you still encounter stutters try 4500 then 6000 etc stay below the amount of vram for your card if you wish to avoid error FFFFFFF or other issues.
okay so after my testing i found out that the numbers by stutter fix mod is too high what you need to do is edit all the three of <aiTextureMaxMem_3_Base value the first one should be at 16384 leave it alone the second one should be at 2500 change it to 5000 and the last one should be at 3200 change it to 6400 and that it the stutters should be gone with no crashing
ok with this changes i made no crashes whatsoever and also no memory dump stutter even in dx12 can you bellive that its soo good right now i have ryzen 3 3200g with vega 8 but this should work with everyone
Just letting this comment in case someone finds it useful,The mod works although it doesnt completely gets rid of the issue at least for me,however it greatly improves the stuttering issues i was having in Saint Denis, now my framerate is more stable and my frametime graph less spiky, also i think i just got maybe a single minuscule stuttering when i exited the city area so i assume there still a bit of stuttering but it is a really great improvement specially because it just simply improves saint denis without any penalty to other areas. I've been playing for almost an hour with the 7500 file and i've found no issues or crashes whatsoever and just in case its useful im running the game along with this mod with and i9 12900K,32GB DDR4 3200MHZ,RTX 4080 and of course the game is installed on a m.2 nvme drive. Aside from that THANKS SO MUCH TO THE MOD AUTHOR.

can you please send me a private message here?
I'd recommend putting it somewhere towards the bottom so it loads first.
10000 looks smoother but once vram hits 9.4GB the game gets VERY choppy.
once VRAM reaches 15968 MB it crashes
When using texture mods it crashes at ~22000 MB
