Oh, and do we know why? The funny thing about the baloon is that it is way too small to lift a person! XD I wish there was a way to make it bigger (it's an immerssion breaker for me).

Only one request, if possibile, could you add rent points also in Sant Denies and especially in places near waters that are impossible to reach setting sail from Blackwater like, for example, all Lakes, Kamassa River, Lagras (there's a bridge that blocks the way near Sant Danies) ... Maybe a blip to respawn your own ship would be good ...
