The first pic is a Belgian Draft with the coat "a_c_horse_thoroughbred_reversedappleblack.ymt" The second pic is a Shire Horse with the coat "a_c_horse_thoroughbred_brindle.ymt" The third pic is a Suffolk Punch with the coat "a_c_horse_andalusian_perlino.ymt"
To have your horse look the same, you need to download the breed you want from this mod. Then you grab the file of the coat you want and rename it to the horse you want to look like that. For example: you want your starter horse (Tennessee Walker) to look like the horse in the first pic, you grab the file "a_c_horse_thoroughbred_reversedappleblack.ymt" from the mod Red Dead Belgian and rename it to "a_c_horse_tennesseewalker_mahoganybay.ymt". After that, you put this file to your stream folder and that's it. Now your starter horse looks like the horse in the first pic.
Video 1 and Video 2 by Abigail Pinehaven on Youtube are great tutorials and very easy to follow. As soon as you are set up for your mods, you can download my files, which you want to install and drop the desired ymt-files into your stream folder.
If you have these files in your lml folder, you can spawn the horses with rampage. But I guess that's not what you're asking. I'm not an experienced modder and programming script mods or trainers goes way beyond my abilities. Sorry.
But my files are free to use, if you find someone who can do stuff like that.

I will do that. I‘m now working on the Bretons, and when I‘m finished, I‘ll start the mustangs.
yes, I can do that. The horse will still be the storymode horse you choose to replace, but will have a Breton‘s body.
