I started getting an error: err_gfx_state even when playing online.

It is happening even after restoring everything to default and I reinstalled the game as well. :(

An easier way would be to: Users > Documents > Rockstar Games > Red Dead Redemption > Settings and copy your system.xml file and just add that you have to change the graphic card to yours (It's located on the bottom of the text.)

    Otherwise great settings!

Hmm tried this but its too heavy for my 1080ti/Ryzen 7 1st gen @3440x1440. Starting from those settings, which ones could I lower first for, say 20fps more while trying to maintain quality?

      Hi Realmister.

I would reduce the Tree quality, water reflection, shadows, reflections, parallax and decals. to medium, if not, to low.

      Hi Wolphz!!
I am glad you are happy with it. Please, let me know your experience, and how your gameplay has been: I hope you are having the same smooth and stable gameplay experience like many of us :-)

I should make a mod page with setting for achieving between 0-240 FPS. Pure genius.
