Reloading animations of some weapons became smoother.

Large accuracy changes for shortarms, repeaters and shotguns.
Weapon range increased for most of weapons.
Damage falloff corrected for many weapons. Generally it’s less now.
Revolvers: increased damage just a little, so you can confidently kill a medium npc by 2 shots of regular ammo in chest (before it was 2-3shots). Accuracy of revolvers corrected.
Shotguns: increased max range, corrected accuracy (especially for slugs). Slugs became more useful.
Removed vanilla halved damage to player from NPCs when they use powerful weapons, such as some rifles, sniperrifles and shotguns (accidentally found this parameter).
Springfield: increased damage so that you can kill common npc from 1 shot of regular ammo if your rifle is in good condition.
Carbine repeater: slightly increased cock and reload rate.
Semi-auto pistol: now is powerful as mauser.
Semi-auto shotgun: increased fire rate. Now it shoots like real semi-auto.
14 march update is just fix of absent red_dead_offline folder in RDO version.

Cattleman now have the same damage as Schofield because historically they used almost the same caliber.
Swap damage and fire rate between Carbine and Litchfield repeaters. Carbine repeater: +15% damage, -20% fire rate. Litchfield: -15% damage, +15% fire rate.
Double-action revolver: +20% damage for not be useless.
