Compared to LV3 the following changes were made.

All players blood amount reduced from 1500 to 500-800

More mines (explosives) have been added

Suspect shooting and reactions are more aggressive!

Entertainment difficulty, intense encounter but not easy GG

Player blood volume increased

Reduced the number of mines

More friendly to high latency players

Suspects like to shoot on sight but have poor marksmanship
