- Nerfed suspect morale on Gas, and Meth
- Slightly buffed suspect aim on all maps.
- SWAT Reaction time very slightly increase (Though still slightly slower than the vanilla, this is to balance them a little out with the suspects having lowered reaction times)

- SWAT Members now have 300 health (instead of the previous 320)

- No more inhumane reaction times (100ms to shoot at you)
- Less professional suspects, like the Gas Station Suspects, have worse aim, have less health, take longer to aim, but shoots faster with pistols, less accurate.
- More professional suspects, like the Club suspects have more health (still less than default), have better aim, doesn't take as long to aim (Still slower than default). More accurate (Guess what, still less than default)
- Suspects become more accurate they longer you're engaged in a shoot out.
- Suspects completely wasted on meth have pretty awful aim, and shoot slower.
- Your team members now have 320 health, and they're way more accurate
- Active shooters take a little longer to kill their next civilian
- Gas Station has a small chance for suspects not to be armed
- Bomb vest suspects on some of the Bomb Defusal maps (Hotel, Hospital, and Club)
- Added more suspects in "Ridgeline" Barricaded, and "Gas Station" Active shooter
- Minor unlisted changes
