Yes, but the problem with this is that the Defiant Apparel is still available to purchase as a part of the "Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Explorer's Pack" DLC. There reason I can get away with adding the other items is that they are no longer available (And I got permission from Obsidian).
A player can use the ID and add it to their game themselves, but there is no way I can upload it as a part of a mod.
