1. Introduction.
The aim of this mod is to make the now unfortunately unavailable Backer items available for people who missed the campaign.
All of these items have been in the base game files since launch. But not everyone has the knowledge to dig around and look for them.
2. Contents of the mod
"Backer Items" is the main mod that you are probably looking for. The "Cosmic Pets" file is just there for convenience so you don't have to use the console each time.

Q: Is that all of it?
A: It should be, if I'm missing something then let me know and I'll add it.
Q: How do I get them?
A: You get them next time you load a save or start a new game.
Q: Help! It's not working!
A: The correct folder structure matters quite a lot here. It should look like this:

A: Back in 2019 I uploded the same mod and a few people got really upset and took it very personally. So I actually contacted Obsidian Enterteinment regarding it.
The response was that: "Feel free to create the mod to add backer content to the game for those who didn't have a chance to back the game :) As long as its free, we have no problem with it.".
But I kind of quit and never bothered to upload it again. Now I'm just going through my old files and seeing what might be interesting.

- Download the item pack that you want.
- Unpack the mod.
- Select the desired mod folder and then copy/paste or drag it to the override folder (Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override). If you don't have it then just create a New folder and rename it "override".
- That's it, have fun.
