People like you who remove smudge and blur from games should be given Medals of Honour. What is wrong with Art Direction devs these days and the junk they smur on the graphics, do they all suffer from glaucoma or something?
Would love any advice on the current state of Reshade compatibility with the steam year one version, as the cutscenes are broken with reshade installed, rendering it impossible to follow the story or narrative. Incredibly disappointing because things like HDR and Pascal's beta ray tracing shaders improve the in-game visuals so much.
Sadly, I kind of want to follow the story for immersion, so I uninstalled the reshade so that I can see/hear the cutscenes.
Welp editing this since i realized i made a mistake so nvm original post if you saw this. I like this and i understand that you are not the creator just a redistributor, but for some reason even with the new update from the main site it seems to stutter in every single cinematic, like when starting a new game or in the intro when launching. I stopped before testing further (ingame in map seems fine but havent loaded a mission with it) Does anyone else have issues with "cinematics" while using it?
For peeps getting CTD with reshade on windows 10 1: Install reshade for dx11 2: Open your Phoenix point source installation (Where ever you have it installed) 3: Change dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll Try running the game again.
Ps: Do not install the Dxgi.dll that comes with this reshade with the .dll you renamed d3d11.dll, it will CTD.

But, the startup cinematics are slow and glitchy with Reshade enabled, even with all shaders off.

Thx for your work, i like the pictures
A fix or hint would be nice :-)
you just need to press 'home' key and on the first tab (Home) choose preset with arrows.
Tried double click on "btv", then navigating through the file directory and clicking on a preset worked :-)
