Requires Phoenix Point Mod Loader. Its injector must be re-ran after every game patch.
In the vanilla game, when a soldier reaches max level, they no longer receive exp and cannot advance apart from spending global skill pool.
Since these soldiers often do the most kills, many exp are wasted.
This mod allow them to grow at a lower rate by converting the overflowing exp into personal skill point.
The rate is double that of the global skill pool, or roughly 30% of normal level ups.
Training centres are unaffected; only real missions can push their limits.
Known issue:
Mod version 1.0 would cause ambush mission to never end. Please upgrade to mod version 1.0.1.
