-How to Install
-STEP 1
The Mod Loader you need : Download this and follow the steps provided on the mod page.

-STEP 2
You need to download and run these in Modnix(The mod loader from step one).
PPdefModifier 1.7
https://github.com/tracktwo/ppdefmodifier/releases
-STEP 3
Download the file Phoenix Overhaul and paste this in ppdefmodifier
-STEP 4
Start the game and check if your equipment have changed values.
Optional :
In case anyone googles this: there are two .bnk files called barks and dialogues.
Deleting them makes the game 3000 times better.
These files can be found under the "\PhoenixPointWin64_Data\StreamingAssets\Audio\GeneratedSoundBanks\Windows" directory.
