I noticed this conflcits with sydch's UI overhaul. Is there a way to make them work together? I know they do compatibility patches with that mod so I don't think it's impossible.
What conflicts? Colored Chat Names or Colored players Names? For chat, sydch already has a fix in the misc folder. He have had it for a while. For player names, I change player state, I don't know if he changes that as well, but it is always possible to make multiple edits and merge them.
Hello, I have a small issue with the mod, I don't understand how but when I add it, the stats of the armors display differently. Instead of having 'Slices: 2' for example, I have 'Slices: <statDescription>2</>'
Yes, they added a new styling to the stylesheet that I need to add for it to be parsed and colored correctly. It has been known for some time but since it wasn't a critical issue, I didn't fix it yet. But I will try to do that soon, maybe even today.
You are using a mod that overrides the chat styles. Most likely colored buffs. There is an optional download here to fix that, download that file and add z_ at the start of the file name so it would load last.
OG HUD mod got an update. It managed to refine to colors to perfect PD2 ones (imho) but also seems to have jumbled the order in which they get assigned. Not sure how it really works but originally it used the lobby order from PD2 (green-blue-red-orange) and now it seems to weirdly go orange-red-green-blue.
Nice. I noticed the colors in the update are like actually perfect now, but now they don't match this mod exactly. Not a big deal but my OCD flares up every now and then when I notice it.
Will update them, I was travelling when the update came and only today I updated the challenges mod, then I need to do the HUD, so it is a bit low priority.
Ah, ok yeah I already have that installed. I thought there was an actual OG HUD that returned the PD2 style with the circle healthbars and what not. Appreciate your work!
Do you have any mods that changes the chat styling? The only way it would show like that is if the style sheet is not taking effect but only chat override is applied.
On a second thought I think I can guess the issue. Did you create the ~mods folder? if you put this mod in paks folder directly, you may need to rename it so it would start with a "z" letter.
Yeah it's in the right destination. I'm pretty sure I don't have any mods that do anything to chat, at least, nothing comes to mind. I'll do some digging.
ok, I can build one for you that will include both edits. Let me do that in a bit. But you need mine to load after the other one if I am the one merging them together.

Do you have any idea why it's doing this?
thx

thx for your rapidity :)
don't know how's it for when someone else chats

Don't forget to add z_ or zz_ so it comes after the other mod.
