Looks like they changed the madman soundbank somehow as you just get silence when using this file now. That's unfortunate.
edit: Weird, the soundbank still has the same number of audio files as before. I tried using the python script here but only managed to create a flawed file that somehow has a mixture of madman and Geralt voice lines. It does give me audio though. Other times the script just closes without replacing the files. I don't get it.
I've tried replacing it multiple times, both the reference one and the nonreference one, when I go into my game no matter what it doesn't work, can some one help me, this worked back a few updates ago but now I just got the standard madman no mate if I delete or replace the said file.
How difficult would it be for you to rework it to overwrite another voiceset like Confident or Pious? I love this voiceset and hate the vanilla ones but I already have another that overwrites Madman.
it'll only work for the Male Madman voicebank if you extract the individual sounds from the voicebank, the sounds appear to be uniquely numbered and are different from other voicebank sounds so if you try replacing a different vanilla voicebank, you'll just get silence
Absolutely best voice mod. Fits neutral chars nicely. Finished my slayer playthrough with this mod. Every line is great and fits every situation seamlessly . Great job friend.
