Shifter aspects turn off after combat.
I keep losing all my aspect charges because I forget to turn it off after combat.Changes shifter aspects so they will turn off after combat. So if there's still 30 seconds left on the current charge, these 30 seconds will be lost, but it should turn off so you will not lose other charges.
