In the Act 1 Gray Garrison Boss Fight save file, seems like you have only 4 magic essence...it's impossible to convert the Piece of Holy simbol into the Covenant of the Inhereitor fromt he storyteller. Just to inform.
Well kinda its half and half. There are certain items that would raise stats, if you was to get a belt,helm and maybe a clock then you could raise it depending on how you set your stats( belts with stats can raise str,dex and con and helms raises the rest).
The other half can be achived by either using mods or the manipulation via cheat engine or other means. Or pick your favorite stat and dumping the rest.
(There are also in-game bonuses to consider as well that boost stats.)
none of the saves at the moment qualifies for "Sadistic game design" achievement. was thinking of doing that when I go for the Aeon Ending To be honest
Hello, I was looking for a save that had the ascension ending and I found your saves (so first thanks for all of the work) cause I fucked up during my own playthrough and I didn't have the motivation to go through the game again atm. But anyways all of that aside I took the trickster Ending (secret path) but I didn't get the achivement is that normal and if so what is the save that could let me get that achivement ?
Try to update your game version. I tried 1.0.4, it didn't work too. Then I updated it to 1.0.7, it loaded successfully. Considering the save is uploaded in Oct 2nd, 1.0.5 should be enough.

Hey, ah, sorry if someone already asked you this but any chance you'd have a save for demon mythic + wendu at the end or mid of act 3? The respec bug screwed me over big time.

I thought I had it nailed down at my 4th gameplay but it wasn't....

Did you use some mods when creating those saves? That would explain why the achievements do not pop-up.
