How it works
The mod adds a new "Clean" button to the loot window when you leaving any zone. It removes all loot and NPS corpses from current scene, that will further help to reduce size of your saves.
Additional tools in the mod options allow to remove useless NPC such as: citizens, animals, frozen NPC. This tool reads the save file, so to display the current information you need to make a save. Crucially, do not remove unique NPC, they may be necessary for quests. Also, do not remove the hidden creatures, they can be involved in future quests.
The mod does not clean up garbage from all locations, you need to do it manually.
Tip: Explore the areas completely and kill all creatures that they did not remain in the saves.
