Been away from the game for a while and have come back to it. Ran into the infinite 2/3rds loading screen. and ended up uninstalling UMM, WOTR, and all mods, before reinstalling everything. Same thing. Figured out how to uninstall mods from UMM and went through each one to try and find a culprit, and unfortunately, it's this mod. With it installed, I have the infinite loading screen, without it, I don't. It's a shame, as I really love what this does, (enjoyed it last time) and it would have helped with getting more skill focuses on my lich. I tried installing the latest version from GitHub, but still no luck. Hopefully this can be fixed in the future.
I wish I could recommend this mod as it's a great idea, but it's not very well integrated with the way one is used to setting up builds in the game, especially something like the human->power attack->cleave picks (as Master777777 says below). Plus it completely screws any save games you had that used it if you later remove it (I know that's just a general problem with some mods and it's not the author's fault, but it's really big with this - saves just flat crash back to the main menu if you try to load them, there isn't even a message that you might be able to use to try and fix the save, like you get with some mods that crash your saves after you've removed them).
Also it hasn't been in development since May. So yeah.
This mod truly nerfs bonus combat feat because you are forced to pick it before setting your attributes scores so for example you can't pick up power attack because you need 13 strenght.
