Is this mod compatible with the latest DLC? I think it might not be as dragging icons doesn't lock it into the hotbars anymore, it just randomly floats on the screen.
I solved the same problem by deleting the mod "Holy Vindicator" . I don’t know if it’s because there’s something wrong with the mod itself or it’s just because it hasn’t been updated for two months and it conflicts with the new dlc.However, checking for mods that are not adapted for the new version can always solve the problem.
Fantastic mod, never leave home without it. Best thing for me is that it really alleviates clutter from metamagic versions of spells (e.g. you can pack your various heightened versions of spells in together). Or you could put all your CC spells in a pouch, all your damage spells in a pouch. Lots of possibilities - though I suppose it's less desperately needed since Owlcat introduced more trays (but the new trays are a bit fiddly to use because there aren't any keybinds for them, so yeah, it's still needed if your neurotic like me and like to have all the things on visible trays :) ).
The one downside is that with spell icons that already "unfold" something (e.g. those types of "add oomph to your spell by sacrificing a spell" thingies that overwhelming mages and arcanists have) don't work (a limitation of the UI apparently). IOW, you can't unfold within an unfold, you have to have a few au naturel icons for spells hanging around to use those types of abilities.
Try uninstalling or disabling Tabletop Tweaks 0.2.0 in Unity mod manager that was causing me to have the same issue. Spell pouch is working for me now on 2.0.5p
I know you probably won't see this, but just encase, for some reason when i go to remove a spell group (pouch?) it won't prompt for confirmation before deleting it, which can be rather annoying, it would probably be better if spell groups functioned more like the ability groups (name, prompt for deletion, etc). Thanks for the mod by the way, owlcat's UI design leaves much to be desired (you'd think owlcat would fix the plethora of issues with the game that have been present since kingmaker lol)
