Enhances the inventory experience. Adds features such as: a search bar to inventory, stores, and the spellbook, additional filtering and sorting options, customizable filter and sort lists, and highlighting important loot. Does not modify balance or introduce unfair advantage. Options are highly configurable through the UMM mod options screen.

Added chinese localization. (thanks RomancingSaGa4)
Bugfix: Fixed sorter dropdown breaking on the vendor screen after the first time opening the vendor screen in an area.
Version 1.0.8
Bugfix: The search bar now updates correctly with each letter typed. Whoops!
Version 1.0.7
Bugfix: Fixed the various inventory screens resetting to the top of the screen when making changes (e.g. equipping or selling an item).
Version 1.0.6
1.1.0 compatibility patch. Please note that this release is not compatible with older versions. Only download it if you are playing on 1.1.0 or greater.
Bugfix: Fixed the spell buttons on the spellbook being misaligned if you had unlocked level 10 spells. (the bar should grow from the left now)
Bugfix: Minor mod compatibility changes.
Version 1.0.5
New feature: Added a new toggle to the Collect All filtering to collect all notable items (items with golden borders).
Bugfix: After the release of the recent patch which added 10th level spells to the game, selecting 10th level spells in the spellbook would display metamagic spells and selecting metamagic spells would display nothing. This has now been fixed.
Version 1.0.4
New feature: Added an option to tweak the behaviour of the Collect All button on the loot window. (default off) This option is fully configurable - make sure to enable and configure via the mod options menu!
Collect all zero-weight items. Any item which has a zero weight will be collected using the Collect All button.
Collect all unidentified items. Items which are not identified will be collected using the Collect All button.
Collect all useful items. Unlearned scrolls and recipes and unread books will be collected using the Collect All button.
Collect all items that pass a price divided by weight cutoff. The default value is 10, meaning that an item of value 10 and weight 1 would be looted, but the same item with a weight of 2 would not be.
New feature: Added a new filter to the inventory, 'gear for the selected character'. This filter will only show items with the same weapon, shield, and armour types as the selected character. Very useful for quickly scanning through all of your characters to pick out quick upgrades!
New feature: Added a new filter to the inventory, 'non-zero price and weight'. This filter will only display items with a value AND a weight above 0. Very useful to cut down on unsellable items when combined with the price / weight sorter.
New feature: Added an option to preventing switching to the metamagic tab after creating a new metamagic spell. This is helpful when you want to create more than one metamagic spell at the same time. (default on)
Change: Fixed the search bar background text when you open the inventory for the first time; it will properly display the dropdown option now.
Change: The spell filtering by save options should now work for users on non-English localizations.
Change: Some options have been relabelled to make their purpose clearer.
Version 1.0.3
New feature: Added a Learn All Scrolls button to the spellbook UI. If you have any learnable scrolls in your inventory that the selected character can use, one click of this button will automatically learn them for you!
New feature: Added an 'all unlearned spells' checkbox to the spellbook UI; this will show all unlearned spells (even ones you don't already know) that match your selected searching criteria. This is handy for e.g. showing every spell you could possibly get and filtering by school or save to plan your future spells.
New feature: Added an option to show the spell level next to the spell icon when viewing all spell levels. (default on)
New feature: Added an option to hide the little grey metamagic circles above spells (default hidden), which can be very noisy when you have many metamagic feats.
Change: The all button has moved to a checkbox at the bottom right; this clears up user confusion, since it was not obvious the button was toggleable separately to the spell levels.
Change: Show all spells is now off by default. Big spellbooks can be quite slow to load, and it creates a better user experience if it is opt in.
Change: Changing spell levels while the all button is active will no longer trigger a complete spellbook refresh. This is helpful when you're trying to fill your spellbook up level by level while using the all spells view.
Change: The spell list will now reset its scroll to the top in appropriate circumstances, e.g. when toggling between spell levels or applying the various spell search and filtering options.
Change: Options text updated to make it more clear how to disable certain aspects of the mod (spellbook changes, inventory changes, etc).
Change: The spell level buttons have been relocated to the left, snug with the search bar; on some characters (wizards with a specialized school) the buttons would overlap with the school graphics and be hard to click.
Version 1.0.2
New feature: Spellbook searching mk. 2. First iteration was clumsy to use when you wanted to go through each spell level, so a new solution has been devised! The spell level buttons are back. In addition, there is an "all" button. When this button is selected (default on, configurable in options), all your spells will be shown, regardless of selected level. When it is off, only the selected level will be shown.
New feature: Added a toggle on the spellbook screen to show or hide metamagic. (default on, configurable in options)
Change: The dropdown icon is now hidden.
Change: Updated the options text for the hybrid mode of inventory search bar and removed the experimental text.
Fixed: The Inventory search bar now has the correct icon on the dropdown when opening the inventory for the first time.
Fixed: When using the hybrid inventory search bar mode, fixed a bug which resulted in the dropdown options on the search bar having no effect. Also, the old category button now updates to reflect the chosen dropdown option.
Fixed: The spellbook now properly refreshes when metamagic is written or deleted.
Version 1.0.1
New feature: Spellbook searching; users can now search the spellbook for spells. All spells are visible by default. Spells can be filtered by spell level or other categories such as saving throw. Searching operates on the name, saving throws, and school by default, and the description can be toggled in the mod options. Clicking on a spell will select that spell memorisation level on the left of the screen. Please note this is the first iteration, there is plenty to improve, including performance!
New feature: Sorting by type now sorts also by subtype alphabetically, e.g. longswords will come after daggers.
Change: The scrollbar now resets to the top when pressing enter to complete an inventory search. (tweakable via mod options)
Change: The search bar now has focus when opening the inventory screen. (tweakable via mod options)
Fixed: In some circumstances, when looting, a bunch of exceptions could spam the log file.
Fixed: Users can configure the searching categories (e.g. searching item description) once more.
Fixed: If the search bar was disabled but the user had tweaked their visible filters, bad things would happen, but no more!
Enhanced Inventory
Enhances the inventory experience. Adds features such as: a search bar to all inventory screens and the spellbook, additional filtering and sorting options, customizable filter and sort lists, and highlighting important loot in the loot window. Options are highly configurable through the UMM mod options screen.
Features:
Adds a fully featured search bar to the inventory screen. This bar can be used to search for the name, type (example: weapon), and subtype (example: longsword) of items. Item descriptions can be searched by toggling the option in the mod options menu. Filters can be applied using the button to the right of the search bar.
Adds a fully featured search bar to the spellbook screen. This allows you to search through all of your spells; their names, schools, and associated saving throws. There are some filter options to filter by saving throw (e.g., targets will) on the dropdown.
Important loot (unlearned scrolls and recipes, and unread documents) is highlighted in the loot window. The highlighting colour can be customized in the mod options menu (default is golden). The border and background colours can be tweaked individually.
New filters: quickslot utilities (things like pets, wands, etc); unlearned scrolls; unlearned recipes; unread documents (stat books or quest items); scrolls or wands usable without a UMD check.
New sorters: price divided by weight.
By default, the sorters that I have deemed less useful are hidden. Filters and sorters can have their visibility toggled through the mod options menu.
The style of the sorter menu has been tweaked; options are far less large now, they more closely match the style of the search bar dropdown.
Plus more quality of life features as I think of them!
FAQ
Q: Help, I see all of my spells in my spelllbook at once! A: There is a new button to display all spell levels at the bottom right. You might have activated it!
Q: Nothing happens when I change the options! A: You need to reload your game after saving your options for them to apply.
Q: Important loot isn't highlighting in my inventory! A: The highlighting doesn't work in the inventory, it works in the loot window. You can use the filters in the inventory to accomplish the same thing.
Q: Is it safe for me to uninstall the old mods and replace them with this one in the same save? A: Yes, it is safe to do so. This mod replaces Inventory Search Bar, Weight Value Sorting, and Highlight Important Loot.
Q: The mod isn't loading! A: Make sure you do not have Inventory Search Bar, Weight Value Sorting, or Highlight Important Loot installed. This mod contains the functionality from all three; they are now obselete!
Q: In the log, I see something about optional mods! A: Ignore it - this is a way for Enhanced Inventory to load before obselete mods and detect if they are running.
