You could consider the same question in regards to you posting here. Really? But why? As in; why do you feel anyone needs to explain or justify posting or using a hacked save game to a mod site to you? No one's making you download and use it.
I can give you a solid answer though. Games like this one and most detailed RPGs tap into our power fantasies. You keep progressing and building your character and getting more and more powerful, till you are easily besting even powerful beasts and demons, if you've built your character(s) well. This is something we rarely get as cleanly in our average day to day lives. So what's this got to do with a hacked save game? Pathfinder has a lot of moving elements that all fit together, so building a good character or party does require a solid amount on attentiveness and innate understanding of how things synergize together as you progress. Some people will either find that part tedious or just too difficult or time consuming to deal with. A save file like this lets them bypass the number crunching and just enjoy the undiluted fantasy of smacking things and getting good loot while using a bunch of cool fantasy powers. Not everyone cares about endlessly reading web pages or game text or watching YouTube videos so they can squeeze another plus by perfectly aligning a feat progressing with a skill bolstered by a spell.
But again, why do you feel that people need to explain themselves to you? The universe doesn't have just one 'right' way to do things, governed by your rather insular and unimaginatively self absorbed perspective.
For those, having trouble with first Minagho fight in prologue, just use some heavy burn kinetisist abilities, like composite blast deadly earth with all metakinesis abilities on(no matter if it hit allies - fight is lost anyway, no matter you do), when you have enougth nonlethal damage from burn(you can reduce your constiitution via toybox to minimum to make it quicker) and all others allies dead/unconsious -scripted scene will play. PS:You can see all active abilities in 1280x1024 resolution, just pin some to quickbar if you like and switch to your favorite game resolution and not bother with unseen abilities in other resolutions(spells seen in all resolutions).
