I only just bought the game and looking for a way to change the portraits of my companions was one of the first things I thought of. Pity this is no longer in use, I tried following a variety of other threads on the matter and it doesn't look hugely easy I must admit. Many props to the original author for working out how to do it, obviously a skilled person. It's odd that the creators of the game go to such lengths to make such changes difficult, they didn't put a huge amount of effort into their portraits, that's easy to see when compared to the works that are out there by hobbyists, so why not let fans change them easily?
