I installed VisualAdjustments, it shows on UMM and I'm able to change portrails/dolls. But I can't find where to save ur files to apply on Valerie. When I select Use Custom, it shows a placeholder that the png is missing.
Her being over 23 is not an issue here. While I wouldn't exactly call her ugly, she is... far from an angelic diva that has trouble fending off all of her admirers the game makes her out to be. I will say the original design is more fit for the character, as this one makes her face look too much like plastic, but I will acknowledge it as a more attractive design overall.
History books record many pretty male heroes. Why can't female heroes be pretty? History books record many pretty male heroes. Why can't female heroes be pretty?
So for some reason, her new portrait will only fill 1/4th of the advisor role. It's as if the fulllength.png isn't being used. Anyone know what's up here?
I appreciate the effort to keep the alternate looks more true to the story. I guess the mod works? Unfortunately I installed a lot of other custom portraits so I couldn't find these two pics in the custom portrait dialogue in Visual Adjustments.
nice work. but.. how did you do it to change the edited images in the game files?
coz if theres something weirder than valerie not looking super pretty like shes described, is amari not looking buff as f*#@ with that massive sword lol
so i wanted to do an alternate mod appearance for her like you did with Valerie, but i have no idea how to well, change the game files.
I like this mod. The changes are subtle, but make her fashionable looking and more in line with the in game lore description. Unlike some other mods, it's not a drastic rework of her appearance. Her hair and face are close enough to the original where it feels like a correction rather than a total reboot.
Edit: I used the save game editor to change the portrait, because I couldn't get the Unity Mod Manager method to work for me. In the end, it all worked out. Plus, throwing the custom portraits in the portrait folder allows me to use them with other characters too, like hired mercenaries and player characters.
Instant Endorse. Finally a woman who is regarded as extremely beautiful is actually fine looking. What I also like is the fact that the portrait is made in the original style.
This is great. Genuinely beautiful. Now to nitpick... Her scar is meant to ruin her beauty if that's possible. Can you manage like a totally messed up scar version?
Anyway great job and thanks. This is the best Valerie portrait yet!

use unity mod manager and visual adjustment
1. ctrl+f10 in game
2. select visual adjustment
3. select doll for valerie
4. choose custom portraits
Don't get it! Have unity mod manager, but... where is the visual adjustment?
The description is very modest!
