Took a while, sorry about that, but it's updated to the latest version as of posting(2.1.5d) and I fixed the reported bugs. Let me know if you have any issues, I didn't do much playtesting.
Hey I noticed nobody has thanked you and while I haven't tried this mod yet, I plan to and wanted to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to update this.
Before using the mod, I'd like to know this as well - the two bugs currently open ("starting quickslot gear not checked for highlighting purposes" and "scrolls don't de-highlight with multiple copies") seem somewhat inconvenient. Thanks!
EDIT: The two reported bugs in fact seem to relate to the same single underlying game issue, whereby after copying a scroll to the spellbook, the scroll doesn't disappear from the inventory screen - and therefore doesn't "de-highlight" per this mod - until leaving the inventory screen and returning. See the new "Better Vendors" mod page (https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderkingmaker/mods/173) for details, as that mod now includes this functionality as well.
Further update - the "Better Vendors" mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderkingmaker/mods/173) has now fixed the mod issue, such that scrolls copied to the spellbook in the inventory screen immediately "de-highlight" after copying, without the need to switch screens.

In fact the game shouldn't allow you to learn those spells, but it does.
