Here is a list of abilities of the Bardic Performance, exported from base game v2.0.1.
Any ability which is not on the list will not be considered as Bardic Performance in the base game, and will not be buff at 7th/13th level.

Important note
There is a bug in the base game: instead of a standard/move/swift action, Bardic Performance use a move/swift/free action to active.
BUT when wielding a singing steel weapon, it will be reversed to a standardmove/move/swift action.
It could be fixed in Kingmaker.UnitLogic.Commands.UnitActivateAbility.GetCommandType() function.
