This isn't possible to add, even when it would be great to have, but so many other modders have already explained this, the guy with the PalGuard mod also told because he has this in his mod as well that it is restricted within the client itself or something so Unfortunately we will have to type messages shorter and without a cooldown, which is fine, just type like 4-5 words, hit enter, start again, you will get used to it pretty fast :P !
I haven't been able to find clear instructions into using UE4SS 3.0 with Palworld specifically, would you be so kind to detail how you installed UE4SS and this particular mod?
No idea sorry! You can give it a shot, some people on my other server-only mod are reporting success. It might have to be the host that installs it only, if we're lucky
First time using a dedicated server, gtxgaming in this case, but what it means: "this basically unlocks full chat administration functionality"? admin commands are unlocked for everyone? thx u
No it means we admins now have the potential to control the chat-- ie mute people, let people talk, etc etc... by controlling the global chat restriction functionality, it's possible to upgrade this mod so that we can have these very specific chat controls

Your instructions are outdated btw. You can just use use UE4SS 3.0 now:

The .lua file only changes the message counter to 0, so I believe this MOD doesn't give admin to players right?

Just tested on Steam version v0.1.4.0 and is working very well
