"Too many chat messages. Please wait one minute."

This is an incredibly simple mod that just removes the dedicated server chat restriction that I'm sure some of us and our players have experienced while playing Palworld.

This is a dedicated server only mod-- no client side mods required for your players!

Since this basically unlocks full chat administration functionality, perhaps in the future we can enhance this to even more granular levels? Right now it unlocks it for everyone, but perhaps we can have it unlocked for certain people... Or even mute certain people. Anyway, I don't know how to read and write custom config files, so if anyone wants to enhance this mod, please feel free!

Procedure: You must use the PalServerInjector to activate UE4SS injection to your PalServer.exe. When the mods directory is generated, unzip this directory into mods so there is a folder structure similar to: PalServer\Pal\Binaries\Win64\Mods\BarrensChat. Then add BarrensChat to mods.txt in the Mods directory, and reboot the server or Reload the mods via UE4SS GUI. Due to the dependency on Windows UE4SS, this unfortunately only works on the Windows edition of the server
