Reset your keybinds to default. If that doesn't work, delete the file "Outward/Player0_Keymappings.xml"
If your Mods are not working or being weird:
Backup your "Outward\SaveGames\" folder.
Delete the "Outward" folder completely.
Verify files in Steam or re-download the game.
Follow instructions to install my mods as outlined in the Description.
Be careful adding back Mods which have not been updated since before December 2020, they may not be working and may cause problems with other mods too.
There is a current bug that causes weapon damages to go wild, ive had multiple weapons increase by thousands of damage and had other weapons lose half of their damage, i am not sure what the exact cause it but it went back to normal after removing the mixed grip
Hi there. I love your suite of mods. Your work is immaculate. I discovered a bug I think you should be made aware of. For context I have 42 other mods active but it's all through 2rodmans app via the thunderstore. I can share the list if it helps. I didnt think any would affect mixed grip.
But in either case, the damage multiplier for weilding weapons doesn't appear to reset. If I two hand a 1 handed weapon 10 times it will continue to increase until I 1 shot enemies. The same in reverse. When I 1 hand two handed weapons the weapon continues to reduce until its almost nothing. I can turn off the damage multiplier and play with all other aspects. Just figured you should know.

I might have found a bug. When I play coop as guest and I try to change my offhand item with hotkey (like shield, dagger, or even bow) I get message telling "you cannot do it" and after it, Im not able to use skills. When I use one my stamina gets drained but skill wont trigger at all.
I fix it disconnecting and reconnecting again. Sometimes can be fixed by dropping items, sometimes not. And we both, hoster and guest, have your mod installed.
I have your other mod, multiple quickslots too, not sure if its related
I really love your mod but I seem to be having an issue. Originally your mod allowed you too use the controller to switch grips. The option does not exist in the menu anymore for the controller only for the keyboard and mouse now.

I am setting up for my first playthrough and this one has caught my eye but I am new to this so I do have a quick question just to double check on something...
Does this mod (Mixed Grip) work with Custom Moveset Pack BY: ehaugw ( https://www.nexusmods.com/outward/mods/140 ) or are they essentially two methods that alter the same game aspects? (Meaning I need to choose which one I want to use.)
I looked through the comments on both mod pages but didn't notice this specific question being addressed. I did see that you mentioned ehaugw in your credits though so I have my fingers crossed that they will play nice together.
Hmm, not sure, I haven't really used that one myself. Off the top of my head I can't think of anything which would make them incompatible, let me know if you run into problems though and there might be something I can do about it.

As far as the combo of using Mixed Grip with Custom Moveset Pack I haven't been able to test out if it conflicts because unfortunately CMP isn't working even when installed by itself. I did some researching through various mods by both Ehaugw and yourself and noticed that there is feedback that the latest update of your amazing SideLoader mod caused some issues with some mods that were made pre-update so I am thinking that this may fall into that category. There's actually a few of his mods that I'm guessing are in the same situation (on top of the ones that you've already fixed and added to your Ehaugws Mods Fixed page) . I know that this is not a problem with your mod but if you have any advice on something I can try to get it/them working I would appreciate it. (If you'd prefer in the future I can DM you or post under the actual mods or even your ehaugw mods fixed page.)
One request: Is it possible to have the weapon skill swap with the grip? Like if I have Puncture bound to the 1 key and I swap to 2h grip, it changes to Pommel Counter on the 1 key automatically.

I'm currently having an issue with the mod during multiplayer, it keeps unequipping the off-hand item (shields, lexicons, lanterns, etc...).
Only in multiplayer games, if playing local or offline it works as intended. Is this a bug? Or have I installed it incorrectly?
edit: seemed to work fine for me. Make sure all players have the mod installed and latest sideloader.
It can be a bit buggy sometimes with higher ping, I've tried a lot to make it less buggy but it's still not perfect sorry.
